Cranberry Park Memory Care
Cranberry Park Memory Care provides a cost-effective approach to quality care personalized for each of our resident’s needs. Memory care is designed for individuals who may have memory disorders including Alzheimer's, or they may need help with mobility, incontinence or other challenges. Residents are assessed upon move in, or any time there is a change in condition. The assessment is used to develop an Individualized Service Plan.
Cranberry Park Memory of Clio’s memory program will honor each resident’s life story and focus on a person-centered approach to care. Cranberry Park Memory of Clio, LLC activities program will consist of methods that will incorporate each person’s talents and skills into their daily activities. Our Reminiscence Rooms, which include a nursery, work shop, and a kitchen, will enable residents to replicate past and current life skills that are familiar and comforting.
Cranberry Park Memory Care provides personal care that includes, but is not limited to:
- Staff available to respond to both scheduled and unscheduled needs
- Assistance with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) that include eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
- Access to on-site health and medical services, such as physical therapy and hospice
- Emergency Call System for each resident’s
- Medication Management through EMARS (Monitoring & Distribution)
Cranberry Park Memory Care provides the following services at our all inclusive rate:
- Three meals per day served in a common dining area
- Housekeeping & Personal Laundry Services
- Transportation
- 24-Hour Care & Security
- Exercise Program with our Life Enrichment Coordinator
- Social & Recreational Activities
Specialty Services directly related to Memory Care:
- Safe, structured, and predictable environment
- Additional staffing who are well-trained in dementia care
